Terms of Service

The short version of the rules for using Orange Restock.

The service

Orange Restock watches Hermès storefronts in all markets we cover and notifies you when an item you track returns to stock. Alerts are delivered over the channels you connect — email and Telegram. Alerts are informational: stock is finite, and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to complete a purchase.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hermès. All product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Accounts and authentication

You sign in with Google or your email address. Notification channels are set up separately after sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. We may disable accounts that abuse the service, and each person may hold one account.

Billing

The free plan includes one restock alert and one notification channel (email or Telegram), with alerts within 30 minutes of detection. Premium raises the limits — up to 10 active alerts and both channels, delivery within seconds — for $14.99 a month, billed monthly.

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record: Paddle’s invoices, tax handling and buyer terms apply to your payment, and card data never touches our infrastructure. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, which links to Paddle; when your subscription ends, Premium access ends with it. We control feature access only. Refund requests are handled by Paddle as merchant of record — email [email protected] and we will assist.

Notifications

Alerts are delivered over the channels you connect — email and Telegram. We send only service messages: restock alerts for the items you track, and account notices.

Acceptable use

Do not resell or share access to your account, do not abuse the service or our API automatically beyond normal use, and do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, detection, or the protections of third-party storefronts.

Data and privacy

The Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how it is used. In short: your Google identity or email address, your alert destinations, your watchlist choices, and basic technical data — used to deliver alerts, never sold.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that an alert arrives in time for you to complete a purchase, or that any item remains available after an alert. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, account data is deleted or retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our operating entity is established. Questions: [email protected].
